A wonderful school holiday dance project is taking place in Ashton this Easter!

Inspired by the coming of spring (any day now!), lighter nights and brighter days, Born and Bred Dance Theatre and a host of other incredible Tameside dance artists will be bringing local children together for 4 days to create and perform a beautiful and colourful dance piece.

Whatever they come up with together will be performed and celebrated on Fletcher Square in Ashton Town Centre for friends, family and members of the public on Thursday April 2nd at 1:30pm! The project is aimed at around 8 - 11 year old's.

The dates and times are:

  • 10am-3pm Monday 30th March
  • 10am-3pm Tuesday 31st March
  • 10am-3pm Wednesday 1st April
  • 10am-3pm Thursday 2nd April, parents/guardians are welcome to take their children home straight after the performance.

1 ticket will be for all four days, and we strongly encourage children to come and join in for the whole project! Book your tickets here.

A free lunch will be provided every day, and parents aren't expected to stay throughout each workshop day.

If you have any questions at all, please email bornandbreddancetheatre@gmail.com.
