Book
now!
Join us inside the library to create your own little books from scratch.
We will then take a walk and collect some evergreen leaves to use in the next part of the session, which is learning how to make block printing ink using natural, sustainable ingredients, this technique is inspired by the ingredients used in the Japanese tradition of 'moku hanga' or wood block printing. We will have a go at printing with the inks and the leaves into our books.
This session invites participants to consider taking a longer-term and active role in becoming a volunteer at the library to help maintain the garden.
